Leaseholders and Residents Association

We have recently formed a Leaseholder and Resident Association.

This is to represent the sole interests of all leaseholders and residents at St Georges Mill.

We work in coordination with the current property manager.

We also look to represent all and any other interests in the building. community and neighbourhood.

We are still awaiting formal signed recognition by the freeholder Blue Property Investments UK Ltd, and their property managing company, Blue Property Management UK Ltd. We do not know the reason for the delay.
